VFW Support

Thomas J. Henry served as the major sponsor of the VFW Post 76 Tenth Street River Festival—a vibrant, free, three-day Fiesta event in San Antonio. Drawing around 18,000 attendees, the festival featured live Tejano music, food booths, and family-friendly entertainment. All proceeds supported veterans and their families through VFW Post 76’s programs, reinforcing community ties and honoring service with celebration.

“Wings Over South Texas” Air Show Sponsorship

Thomas J. Henry proudly presented the Wings Over South Texas Air Show, a dynamic event that brought together veterans, aviation enthusiasts, and families for a high-flying tribute to service. The air show elevated public appreciation for military aviation history while serving as a platform for families to connect, support veteran causes, and share pride in military heritage.

$50,000 Matching Pledge to Paralyzed Veterans of America

In a powerful demonstration of commitment, Thomas J. Henry pledged to match dollar-for-dollar up to $50,000 during the 2016 San Antonio Help a Hero Radio‑thon, supporting the Paralyzed Veterans of America. This effort significantly bolstered local fundraising, directing critical assistance to veterans navigating life after spinal cord injuries and disabilities.
