The Thomas J. Henry Summer Associates Program delivers immersive, real-world litigation experience to law students. Participants conduct casework, prep for court, and receive direct mentorship from top trial attorneys—all in a fast-paced, hands-on environment designed to build confidence and skill from Day One.

Our Goal
The Summer Associates Program exists to:
- Fast-track practical competence through live casework and courtroom observations
- Build legal proficiency, from crafting motions to conducting discovery and deposition prep
- Establish career momentum via mentoring, firm integration, and performance-based opportunities

Program Highlights
- Immersive Casework
- Draft motions, discovery responses, and demand packages Conduct research and brief real cases under guidance Assist with case planning, depositions, and trial prep
- Courtroom & Client Exposure
- Attend hearings and depositions with built-in debrief sessions Participate in client meetings and strategy discussions as appropriate
- Structured Mentorship & Training
- Skill-building workshops in motion practice, negotiation, evidence, and legal writing One-on-one mentor check-ins with senior trial attorneys for feedback and growth Team-building events and integration into firm culture
